Buyer's Inspection

Your home, regardless of your income level, will most likely be one of the largest
investments that you ever make. Why not go into that purchase with the peace of mind that
you deserve. If you are being offered a home warranty, wouldn't it make sense to know
the exact condition of the home before you close out the deal.

A home inspection is an unbiased, thorough in depth examination of the structure and
operating components of a home from top to bottom, corner to corner and inside and out.
Due to the depth of our inspection, you are invited and strongly encouraged to attend. This
will allow you time to ask questions about the systems that you may not be a familiar with.

Our detailed report, which will be available to you before we leave the home at the end of
our inspection, describes the current condition of the home.

As you are the client, it is your best interest that we have in mind. An inspection performed
by one of our professional home inspectors will not be used to try to generate any repair
business for us or another third party. Please do not ask for repair referral, because we
can not ethically provide any. Friends and family are usually the best resource for
references.
