Most home owners are not aware of this, but many of the items that a home inspector calls out for repairs or
improvements were actually performed by a so-called professional. Why trust your repair and remodeling projects
to just anybody. You need someone who not only knows how to perform the repairs or remodelling project, but
most importantly, how to do it right!!!

Unfortunately for my home inspection clients, it is my policy to not perform the repairs on homes that I have
inspected. This policy protects you and the home seller from feeling that there may be a conflict of interest.
