Please note, the reports are in a .Pdf format and need to have a program capable of
reading .Pdf files. Adobe Acrobat is a tool that is used to create electronic documents
that can be read by almost any computer user without losing any of the fancy document
formatting. Adobe distributes a free viewer called Acrobat Reader that enables you to
view these documents. If you have Adobe and still experience problems, you may need to
update an outdated version.
You can download the free Acrobat Reader from the Adobe Web site.
To speed up the downloading time of these reports and other pdf files, follow these
instructions before downloading the report:
1. Open Adobe Reader
2. At the top menu bar, select - Edit / Preferences
3. Choose Internet on the left menu bar
4. Change connection speed to your current connection speed and select OK
5. Close Adobe Reader and download file
