Sample REports

After the inspection, digital pictures will be inserted into the report
where appropriate and the report will be previewed to ensure that it is
complete. An electronic copy of the final report will be available on
this web site, usually within 24 hours from the completion of the
inspection. If other conveniences must be made to get the report to
you, please notify us when the inspection is scheduled and at the
conclusion of your inspection. It is important that only a version of the
final report be used to finalize the real estate transaction. Any thing
given to you other than the final copy as discussed above may be
missing some information about the home.
